Terms of Reference:

Fife Licensing Board is an independent regulatory body by virtue of Section 5 of the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005.

The Board members are made up of local councillors and they must undergo training to be allowed to sit on the Board.

Meetings

The Licensing Board meet every 2 months. The meetings take place on Monday mornings at 10.00 am in Council Chambers, Fife House, North Street, Glenrothes. KY7 5LT, or in Council Chambers, Town House, Wemyssfield, Kirkcaldy. KY1 1XW.

All meetings are held in public. Should you wish to attend a meeting, please email liquor.admin@fife.gov.uk for further information.
