    Age group: Secondary School and Adults
    Balbirnie Wildflower Wellness Group: A free, inclusive programme of outdoor wellbeing sessions in Balbirnie Park for young people aged 14–24. Adults aged 25+ are welcome to get involved as volunteers. Over the summer months, participants will help create and care for a wildflower meadow while enjoying nature connection, wellbeing activities, arts and crafts, board games and picnic refreshments in a relaxed and supportive environment. The sessions provide positive outdoor experiences, opportunities to make friends, build confidence, improve wellbeing and learn about caring for nature.     Balbirnie Wildflower Wellness Youth Group

    Age group: Secondary School and Adults
    Balbirnie Wildflower Wellness Group: A free, inclusive programme of outdoor wellbeing sessions in Balbirnie Park for young people aged 14–24. Adults aged 25+ are welcome to get involved as volunteers. Over the summer months, participants will help create and care for a wildflower meadow while enjoying nature connection, wellbeing activities, arts and crafts, board games and picnic refreshments in a relaxed and supportive environment.     Water safety certified course

    Age group: Secondary School
    This certified Water Safety Course is designed to equip young people with the knowledge and skills needed to stay safe in and around water. Delivered by trained staff, it covers key areas such as risk awareness, safe rescue techniques, and how to respond in an emergency. A great opportunity to build confidence, develop life-saving skills, and achieve a recognised qualification.
    This is a single day course so you only need to book one of the two dates available. We will meet at Shop Local – Evri ParcelShop (at the back of Glenrothes Bus Station) before being transported to Lochore Country Meadows by minibus.
