We have a wide range of adaptive bikes for hire, including recumbent and upright trikes, some with electric powered assistance.
An induction session is required for all users.

To book any of these bikes please contact the park

Van Raam VeloPlus

The Van Raam VeloPlus is designed for cycling with people, who can remain seated in their own wheelchair. The tilted ramp makes it easy to roll the wheelchair on to the bike, which can then be securely fastened with ratcheted tie-downs.

The low position of the chair on the bicycle makes the ride easier and gives a lower centre of gravity. The widely placed front-wheels ensure stability. The electric motor can be used for power assist during cycling. Tarmac paths only

Max combined weight for passenger and wheelchair is 200kg

Van Raam Fun2Go

The Van Raam Fun2Go is a double rider cycle/ three-wheel tandem where the users sit beside each other. One person steers, both can pedal.

The electric motor/pedal assistance is an option that makes cycling on this modern-designed side-by-side tandem even more "fun to go!". Tarmac paths only

Van Raam OPair

The Van Raam OPair is a bike at the back and a wheelchair at the front. The slightly angled front wheels provide increased driving comfort and stability.

The electric motor provides support while cycling and the modern design allows you to travel in style. Tarmac paths only

Please note: A hoist may be required when using this bike.

ICE Adventure

The ICE Adventure is an electric assist, fully automatic recumbent trike. It’s low centre of gravity and comfortable riding position makes it easier (and more fun) to ride than an upright trike.

The ICE can be ridden on paths and non-technical trails.

XCR Handcycle

The XCR Handcycle is an e-assist trike which is robust enough to be ridden on, and off road and the electric motor enables to rider to enjoy the experience without completely tiring out their arms!

The XCR can be ridden on paths and trails.
