Belly dance is an extremely unique and fun form of dance! It is referred to as Arabic dance is an Arabic expressive dance which originated in Egypt and that emphasises complex movements of the torso. Due to the range of body movements it can help increase circulation, help to relieve stress and increases balance. It can also help prepare the body for childbirth/ pregnancy.
Hip-Hop dancing encompasses the movements of break dancing and body popping. The focus of these classes is to build a foundation to develop dance routines. The benefits of hip-hop is that is a total body work out, and also is a great environment for children to have fun and meet new friends.
