Badminton

Badminton is a fast-paced racquet sport played with a shuttlecock. Players use lightweight racquets to hit the shuttlecock back and forth over a net, aiming to land it in their opponent's court while preventing it from hitting the ground on their own side. Played either as singles or doubles, it’s a fantastic way to stay active, improve agility, and have fun with friends or family.
