Local residents are invited to a drop-in event on Saturday 7th May to find out more about plans that could bring new life to the Town House in Cowdenbeath.
The proposals, developed by The Coalfields Regeneration Trust, working in partnership with Company Shop will showcase how the Town House can be transformed into a community asset which would provide:
Sarah Roxburgh, Community Manager for Cowdenbeath area said:” The proposals for the town house could be a great opportunity to bring this historic building back into public use and a benefit to many people in the community. We look forward to welcoming members of the community at the drop-in event to see these proposals, find out more about what will be on offer and tell us what they think.”
Staff from Fife Council, The Coalfields Regeneration Trust and the Community shop will be at the Maxwell Centre in Cowdenbeath on Saturday 7th May from 11am – 3pm to discuss the proposals and answer any questions.
