To set up the Fife Council Tax Mobile Pay service, you will need:
your council tax account number and involvement ID (shown on your council tax demand)
your own mobile phone
your credit or debit card
Only one council tax account can be registered per mobile phone.
All texts sent to MobilePay will be charged at your operator standard network rate. You do not pay to receive texts.
