Throughout times of extreme weather, we want to make sure that residents and visitors know what to do to stay safe.
On this site, you will find helpful information and answers to some of your questions about preparing for severe weather and how the council will respond during this time.
Don't feel isolated when severe weather hits. There are plenty of ways for you to get the latest information on council services and disruptions.
You can plan ahead by staying informed – and there are some really easy ways to do that

NHS has lots of information to help you through this time of the year. When you prepare for winter, you are not just helping yourself and your loved ones, you're helping the NHS too.
