The Independent Living Advice Hub provides access to a meeting and resource space, available to a wide range of support and preventative services promoting independent living.
The hub provides a coordinated approach, where partners, services and third sector organisations work together to support people in the community.
The following services available includes:
Fife Council Housing Service’s and Fife, Health and Social Care room pods showcase independence and wellbeing in a homely setting. The pods provide a safe and accessible space to be assessed for equipment and adaptations.

Fife Federation of Tenants and Residents Associations (FFOTRA)
FFOTRA are located in the same building at 251 High Street, Kirkcaldy. It's a voluntary organisation set up to represent Tenants views on all issues relating to Social Housing and Neighbourhood Development. Their aim is to bring tenants and residents together to form TRA’s (Tenants and Residents Associations) to work on issues of collective interests within their community. They provide free independent advice, information, and training for groups.
