30 Jan 2025 - Following Storm Eowyn, the number of bins damaged or needing to be replaced has increased. We're also experiencing delays in new bins and replacement parts arriving from suppliers.
We'll deliver or repair your bin as quickly as possible, but it will take longer than usual. We're sorry for any inconvenience this causes and thank you for your patience.
Missed bins - Storm Eowyn
We will not be able to return until your next scheduled collection date for the bin that was missed. We'll lift extra bags from the side of your bin on your next collection date. The extra bags should only contain items suitable for that bin. Alternatively, you can take any additional waste to a recycling point or recycling centre.
