Pre-school gymnastics provides a stimulating play environment that is the key to starting children on the sporting pathway and getting them active for life. A good pre-school gym experience can provide social, physical, lingual & intellectual, creative & emotional awareness and improve concentration, competence & confidence. It also sets children firmly on the path to being active for life.
Our Gymnastics classes are a starting point where you will learn fundamental skills and the foundations to build on. Within this class your child will build friendships and have the opportunity to mix with children around their same age. The children will gain exposure to different types of gymnastics equipment within this class and start to learn the basic skills on each piece of apparatus. An opportunity for your child to develop their skills at a pace in line with their ability. The class will give the children more opportunities and focused time to learn skills of a higher level and build on their strength and flexibility.
