SailNight Coach sessions are informal coaching sessions in Singlehanded dinghies.  We will make use of the RYA Awards as a way for you to track your progress and set your own personal improvement goals.  You can improve skills and work towards the award of your choice.  You choose the craft, which will need to be a singlehander due to current restrictions, and work at a level that suits your ability and how quickly you want to progress.

The format is quite informal.  The instructor will assist you with your equipment choice, the sessions will involve a chat about the evening and any teaching requests, confirm the module or Level you are aiming for.

The first part of the session will be coaching input and the last part of the session will usually be a bit of free time to practise and try something new.
